We partnered with Netcare on the development of their web and mobile platforms, providing support across development, project management, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Our team worked closely with Netcare stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. We applied agile project management to keep the project on track, while our QA team implemented rigorous testing to maintain high standards throughout the build. During UAT, we supported internal teams with structured test scripts and clear feedback loops to ensure a smooth transition to launch. The result was a stable, user-friendly digital platform that aligned with Netcare’s strategic goals and delivered measurable value to patients and staff.

THE FIRST APP FOR NETCARE AVAILABLE ON ALL 3 PLATFORMS.
Netcare’s mobile app was developed using the Ionic framework. The app gives patients convenient access to essential healthcare services, including provider search, appointment booking, medical records, and notifications, all within a secure and easy-to-use interface. By leveraging cross-platform technology, the project achieved consistent performance and a unified user experience while optimising development efficiency. The app was successfully launched on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery, establishing a strong foundation for Netcare’s mobile health strategy.
